Virtual Gard
When Virtual Security Guard¹ is on and a person is detected on an enrolled camera, this is called an Event. During an Event, guards from PCI will monitor your device’s Live View, and the Live View from other enrolled devices at your Property, if necessary. Depending on the situation and your alert preferences, the guard may do any of the following:

Send you a text with a link to the Event recording

Initiate Two-Way Talk (when a person is observed)

Request dispatch of emergency services (e.g. fire, medical, or police).
Virtual Gard Subscription
A Virtual Security Guard subscription includes 2000 Events for $150/month for the first camera. For each additional camera cost $49/month equipment not included.
How Virtual Monitoring Works

Activation
The system will be programmed to operate at your requested monitoring hours- typically overnight or after business hours. When an intrusion is detected during this time, The remote Guard security system will incorporate infrared lights and pre-recorded or live audio messages to warn the intruder.

Review & Identify
Once the intruder is identified and determined that the subject’s presence is hostile, the authorities are alerted immediately.
